任何一方原因,使该物业不能顺利成交,均须支付居间方人民币 肆万伍 元整(¥ 45000.00 )作为违约金。
11. Breach of contract: The lessor and the lessee hereby recognize a mutual agreement is
reached concerning the terms and conditions for lease. In case the deal fails to conclude
through the fault of either party, the breaching party shall pay the intermediary
