汽车转向传动轴断裂原因分析

过程中断裂。本文通过断口形貌分析、金相分析、化学成分分析,分析了转向传动轴断裂失效
的原因。结果表明,转向传动轴属扭转疲劳断裂,裂纹萌生于样品的外表面,表面粗糙的加工
痕是造成转向传动轴早期失效的主要原因。

Abstract:Steering driveshaft is the most important part of the vehicle control device. Some of the steering driveshaft may be broke during working. The failure mode and cause of the steering driveshaft were investigated by fracture surface examination, metallographic analysis and chemical composition. The results show that crack initiated at the surface of the steering driveshaft, the coarseness machining trace is the main reason of the low torsional fatigue life.
