【摘要】:自速递专业分营以来,社会快递迅速介入县域市场。社会快递已经从以前隐匿的地下从业转为面向全社会的公正营业。同时,知名民营快递(如申通、顺丰等)随着自身实力的不断加强,对县域市场的投入不断加强,在形象定位、业务推广、运营能力及售后服务方面均得到大幅提升。社会快递主要以区域优势为宣传重点,以价格战为主要手段,占领了不少市场份额。太仓邮政速递物流业的发展同样面临着严峻的考验,本文以动态的眼光捕捉环境对太仓速递企业发展的影响,关注市场需求,在观察竞争对手状况的基础上,以科学理性的分析制定企业发展战略,以对太仓邮政速递物流未来发展提出建设性意见。

Abstract:After postal express mail service separating from post office, it develops fast. Express service has been open to the society. At the same time, some famous express service companies such as “shentong, shunfeng” are taking more attention to the city with their ability’s strengthen. Social express service companies take advantages of area, using the price as the important means, take away a lot of market. The development of Taicang postal express mail service is facing heavy challenge. This article is written to tell that the influence to the environment of Taicang, taking attention to the need of market, being based on observing the competitor, reasonable analysis, making strategy on the development of enterprise, in order to come up with some useful ideas to the future of Taicang postal express mail service.
