调动员工积极性的方法 英文版
How to encourage employees to take part in the training Instructions
1
Offer incentives to employees who successfully complete training programs. Because training is designed to assist employees and the company, a small incentive such as a raise, an extra vacation day or a special day at the office motivates employees to perform well during training.
2
Quiz them after training to determine whether they paid attention, but let them know there will be a quiz. If employees know they will be tested on the information provided during training sessions, they will be more motivated to pay attention.
3
Cross-train employees to perform tasks within the company they are not already trained to do. Allowing employees the opportunity to advance their skill level within the company motivates them to attend training and makes them more valuable to the company.
4
Ask employees about the type of training they would like to undergo. Giving your employees a voice will motivate them when you offer opportunities to train in areas they are interested in.
5
Convey the importance of successful training as a career booster. You are training your employees to work well within your company, but chances are they may need to move on in the future because of downsizing or better opportunities. Letting them know that the skills you are presenting them with are useful beyond employment in your own company motivates them to take their career and training opportunities more seriously.
