Firefighting Water Supply & Fire hydrant System Technical Specification [with clause explanation] GB 50974-2014
5.5.1 消防水泵房应设置起重设施,并应符合下列规定:
Fire water pump room should set hoisting facility and meet with following regulations:
1. 消防水泵的重量小于0.5t 时,宜设置固定吊钩或移动吊架;
When the fire water pump weight is less than 0.5t, fixed hoisting hook or movable hanging bracket should be installed.
2. 消防水泵的重量为0.5t~3t时,宜设置手动起重设备;
When the fire water pump weight is between 0.5t and 3t, manual-operation hoisting facility should be installed.
3. 消防水泵的重量大于3t 时,应设置电动起重设备。
When the fire water pump weight is less than 0.5t, fixed hoisting hook or movable hanging bracket should be installed.
11.0.4 消防水泵应由消防水泵出水干管上设置的压力开关、高位消防水箱出水管上的流量开关,或报警阀压力开关等开关信号能直接自动启动消防水泵。消防水泵房内的压力开关宜引入消防水泵控制柜内。
The fire water pump shall be automatically started by switch signals like pressure switch on water outlet pipe of fire water pump, or flow valve on water outlet pipe of high-level fire water tank or alarm valve pressure switch. Pressure switch inside the fire water pump room shall be connected into fire water pump control cabinet.
5.2.2 高位消防水箱的设置位置应高于其所服务的水灭火设施,且最低有效水位应满足水灭火设施最不利点处的静水压力,并应按下列规定确定:
Installation position of high-level fire water tank shall be higher than the water fire extinguishing facilities which the tank serves for and the lowest effective water level shall meet with the hydrostatic pressure at the most unfavorable point of the water fire extinguishing facilityand shall
be determined by following regulations:
1. 一类高层公共建筑,不应低于0.10MPa ,但当建筑高度超过100m 时,不应低于0.15MPa ;
For Class A high-rise public building, the pressure shall not be less than 0.10MPa; while when the building is higher than 100m, the pressure shall not be less than 0.15MPa.
2. 高层住宅、二类高层公共建筑、多层公共建筑,不应低于0.07MPa ,多层住宅不宜低于
0.07MPa ;
As for high-rise residence, Class B high-rise public building and multilayer public building, the pressure shall not be less than 0.07MPa. And for multilayer residence, the pressure shall not be less than 0.07MPa.
3. 工业建筑不应低于0.10MPa ,当建筑体积小于20000m 3时,不宜低于0.07MPa ;
For industrial building ,the pressure should not be less than 0.10MPa; and when the building volume is less than 20000m3, the pressure shall not be less than 0.07MPa.
4. 自动喷水灭火系统等自动水灭火系统应根据喷头灭火需求压力确定,但最小不应低于
0.10MPa ;
For automatic water fire extinguishing system like sprinkler system, the pressure shall be determined by sprayer fire extinguishing demand pressure, but shall not be less than 0.10MPa.
5. 当高位消防水箱不能满足本条第1款~第4款的静压要求时应设稳压泵。
When the high-level water tank could not meet with the hydrostatic pressure requirements of clause no.1 to no.4, pressure stabilization pump should be installed.
7.4.12室内消火栓栓口压力和消防水枪充实水柱,应符合下列规定:
Indoor fire hydrant mouth pressure and fire nozzle full water column should comply with following regulations:
1. 消火栓栓口动压力不应大于0.50MPa ;当大于0.70MPa 时必须设置减压装置;
Fire hydrant mouth dynamic pressure shall not be more than 0.50MPa. When the pressure is higher than 0.70MPa, pressure-relief device shall be set.
2. 高层建筑、厂房、库房和室内净空高度超过8m 的民用建筑等场所,消火栓栓口动压不
应小于0.35Mpa ,且消防水枪充实水柱应按13m 计算;其他场所,消火栓栓口动压不应小于0.25MPa ,且消防水枪充实水柱应按10m 计算。
For place like high-rise building, factory, warehouse and civil building with more than 8m
indoor head room, etc., the fire hydrant mouth dynamic pressure shall not be less than 0.35MPa and the fire nozzle full water column shall be calculated as 13m. For other sites, the fire hydrant mouth dynamic pressure shall not be less than 0.25MPa and the fire nozzle full water column shall be calculated as 10m.
