双母线双分段接线母差保护的配置方案及二次回路研究

摘要: 电力系统中,对于出线间隔较多的变电站,110千伏、220千伏等电压等级母线采用双母线双分段接线的情况越来越普遍,由于双母线双分段接线特别复杂,且分段开关和电流互感器之间还可能会存在保护死区,母线发生故障时,母差保护、断路器失灵保护等如不能正确动作,会严重影响到电网的安全稳定运行。轻者会导致事故范围扩大、元件受损或烧毁,重者甚至会导致全站失电、局部电网解列等,造成不可估量的损失。本文以电网中最为常见的110千伏双母线双分段接线为例,提出了母差保护、断路器失灵保护等的配置方案,以及对应的二次回路原理及接线,重点解决110千伏分段开关可能存在的保护死区以及分段开关失灵的问题。具有较强的实用性和较高的典型性。
Abstract: For substations with more outlet areas in the power system, its 110 kv, 220 kv bus offten adopts double busbar dual segmented wiring. As the double busbar dual segmented wiring is complex, there are dead zone of protection between the section switch and current transformer. When the bus is failure, the wrong operation of differential bus protection and breaker failure protection would seriously influence the safe operation of power grid. It would lead to the accident expending, components are damaged or destroyed; the worst thing is that it would lead to total loss of electricity, and part power grid is splitting, cause immeasurable loss. Based on the most
common 110 kv double busbar double segmented wiring, the paper puts forward the configuration scheme of bus protection and breaker failure protection, presents the principle and wiring of
corresponding secondary circuit. It solves the problems of dead zone of protection and section switch failure, which has practicability and typicality.
