安全评价及工程技术报告编排格式通用管理规定
为规范公司安全评价及工程技术报告的编排格式,根据公司的业务范围和实际情况,特制定本规定,自发布之日起实行。 1、技术报告的幅面、装订水平、封面字体 1.1 技术报告的幅面
本公司技术报告的封面规格分为两种: A4图幅(210×297mm),一般采取竖装订; A3图幅的大小(297×420mm),一般采取横装订。 1.2 技术报告的装订水平
用于公司内部审核的技术报告采用简装或打孔装订;
用于提供给客户的技术报告一般采用胶装,重要客户或影响较大的技术报告采用精装,如客户单独提出特殊要求的技术报告可按照客户要求装订,但所增加的装订费用由客户单独承担。
对于用于公司参加投标的项目,小型项目采用胶装,大、中型项目采用精装。 一般情况下附图、附件应与技术报告装订在一起,单独装订时装订质量水平与文字报告装订质量水平一致。附图采用蓝图不需装订成册的,应按A4图幅尺寸,折叠整齐采用袋装。 1.3 封面字体
精装或平装技术报告封面,封面一(含内部的封面二、署名页等)的字体要美观,排列要整齐,位置要适中,间隔得当。
(1)项目类别名称:字体要大些,用黑体,小初号,加粗字体; (2)项目编号:字体要小些,用仿宋,三号,加粗字体; (3)项目单位名称:字体要小些,用楷体,二号,加粗字体; (4)项目名称:字体要小些,用楷体,二号,加粗字体; (5)完成项目单位名称:用仿宋,小二号,加粗字体; (6)报告完成时间:用仿宋,小二号,加粗字体; (7)单位通讯地址及联系电话等:用宋体,小四号字体;

(8)法人代表、各级负责人:用仿宋,三号,加粗字体; (9)报告版本:用楷体,二号,加粗字体; (10)署名页:用仿宋,三号,加粗字体。 2、技术报告的编写及排版要求 2.1 正文 2.1.1 正文编写
正文字体编写时为打印、装订的需要,A4纸张页面左、右页边距均设置为2.8cm,上、下页边距可按照默认的2.54cm设置。可在报告正文页设置页眉和页脚,也可不设页眉、页脚。若设置页眉和页脚时,页眉内容应为项目名称,页脚内容应为本公司联系电话和传真。 2.1.2 正文层次
一般情况下,本公司技术报告若需要,应首先分卷,每一卷下按照章、节、小节、段„„等层次依次编写。当技术报告不进行分卷时,直接按照章、节、小节、段„„等层次依次编写,卷、章的序号用汉字一、二„„表示。具体层次规定如下:

A、B、C、D„„;a、b、c、d„„分别进行编写,在编写报告时,报告的章节层次不宜过多。
章的划分,应从第一章到第×章依次编写,和卷次无关。
卷、章、标题、名称一律居中书写,卷、章、标题之间,应空一行,卷、章之后,标题之前,应空一格,每章须另起一页。
章、节、小节、段„„的编号应另起一行,章节的数序号用竖体字打印,字体大小相同,数序号之间加圆点,数序号之前不空格,第一位数都对齐,圆点对齐。
例:1.1.1、1.1.2、1.1.3„„小节的编号应另起一行,数序号第一位数都对齐,圆点号对齐。
例:1.1.2.1、1.1.2.2、1.1.2.3„„段的编号另起一行,数序号第一位数都对齐,数序号之后不加标点,后面空一格接写文字。
如正文内容:
只有一章下分节和小节的,可按下列形式编写: 节.小节 1 ×××× 1.1 ×××× 节.小节.段 1.1.1 ×××× 1.1.2 ×××× 2.1.3 正文中的字体
正文中的标题按章、节、小节、段四层次进行编排,段以下的层次不单独突出表示。四级标题中,一级标题(即第×章)采用黑体、小二号、加粗字体,二、三、四级标题(即节、小节、段)采用黑体、四号、加粗字体。正文文字叙述部分采用四号宋体字或仿宋(GB2312)字,西文可采用Times New Roman字体。行间距统一固定设置为26磅,编排公式、图片时可根据实际情况调整。 2.1.4 正文中的数字
编写正文时所涉及数量的数字,一般均用阿拉伯数字书写。如:1800mm、210kg、78~85℃、35~45%,正文中的分数应写成3/4,不能写成4分之3。

2.1.5 正文中的计量单位
一律采用国务院颁布的《中华人民共和国法定计量单位》。
在叙述性文字中所涉及的计量单位,可以使用“单位名称”,也可以使用“单位符号”,但在同一文中宜力求保持一致。
计量单位名称一般只用于叙述性文字而不用于公式、图、表,单位符号可以用于一切场合。在叙述性文字中应优先采用符号。 2.2 表格
(1)表名:凡表均应有表名,列于表格上方居中。
(2)表号:凡表均应有编号,列于表名前,表号和表名之间空2格。附表的编排顺序号一般可以按“章”进行编号,如第五章的第二表,可编为“表5-2”。当整个文件附表较少时,可根据具体情况考虑编为表1、表2、表3„„。
(3)表格字体:表名、表号用小四号宋体,表内用五号宋体。西文可采用Times New Roman字体。
(4)表格位置:在文档中,表格应居中,并应根据内容调整位置,使表格的表头和内容尽量不被分割,以求美观。
(5)分格线:技术报告中的附表,当内容简单时,可以不用分格线,但应位置对齐,例如:

2.3 插图
(1)插图图名:凡图均应有图名,一律位于插图下方居中,字体采用小四号宋体。
(2)插图编号:技术报告中的插图,一般应有编号,列于图名前,插图编号和图名之间空2格。插图的编排顺序号一般可以按“章”进行编号,如第五章的第二图,可编为“图5-2”。当整个文件插图较少时,可根据具体情况考虑编为图1、图2、图3„„。
(3)插图位置:插图在文档中的位置应根据实际情况编排,但应与报告整体内容协调一致,与文档内容相对应并不致引起误会,并力求美观。 2.4 目录编排
技术报告中的目录应显示出报告正文中的一级(章)和二级(节)标题和页码,中间以“„„”连接,节和章标题应错开一个空格。“目录”二字采用黑体、二号加粗字体,居中位置;“章”标题采用4号加粗黑体字,“节”标题采用小四号宋体字,行间距采用固定值24磅。样式如示例所示。 3、其它规定
技术报告中的编制说明和前言应依次位于目录之后,“编制说明”和“前言”

技术报告封面格式按照所规定的示例样式,封面一为报告装订后的封面,下部是否有公司地址、联系电话等按作业指导书规定,中间设本公司标志,标志位置和大小按样例,封面一后为资质证书影印件,封面二为盖章页,然后依次为署名页、目录、正文及附图、附件等。封面上的项目类别名称应按照公司项目分类写全称,报告的编排、字体及行间距等按照公司的统一规定。对于需进行外部评审并进行修改的技术报告应在封面上标注“送审版”或“备案版”字样。
