1----What major challenges and problems did you face? How did you handle them?
As respect to this question, I may refer to a project that I joyed when I was a junior student. I needed to design a questionnaire to analyze the elements working on people’s demands of cars. It’s new to me so that I didn’t know how to carry it out. First I asked my tutor for advice and discussed with my partners to design a preliminary one. Second we delivered it to the buyers in the car exhibition and find out what elements were not included in our questionnaire and then we modified it so that the questionnaire was valuable for our research.
2----What did you like or dislike about your previous job?
In my previous job I just wrote reports according to the topic and its framework. As I analyze the topic gradually I would find a better framework so I can write the report more valuable. So I can change the framework and I can carry the report out more accurate. I appreciate that very much.
On the other hand, after the topic was given to me, my leader didn’t like to communicate with me about the report.
3----What have you learned from your mistakes?
Just focus on what I am doing now. Once I think the whole thing too much to catch its importance. So I went to the wrong way some time and couldn’t complete it by the deadline. Gradually I learned to focus on the things in hand,I can finish it quickly and accurately.
4---What is your greatest strength?
The combination of micro and macro perspective I learned in the university. I learned how to analyze the operation of a company in the businesscourses. Also I have a good knowledge of economics. The analyzing of both the company itself and the economic climate is very important to a company. 5---What is your greatest weakness?
Focus on the details too much and could not think about the whole thing well. So gradually I learned to think about every task more comprehensive. 6---How would you describe yourself?
I would like to describe myself in three words —professional, dedicated and passionate.

Dedicated refers to that I am preparing to be an analyst all the time. Passionate refers to that I appreciate the lifestyle of an analyst

What I care mostly is weather my status match my hard work well. I want to be treated fairly in my job.

Maybe analyzing itself, especial in such a big company.Be a analyst in such a big company I may confront many big and famous cases. It make me exciting and it’s a great pressure to know the whole process.

First I have a good knowledge of principles of business, finance and economics by four years’ study of business management and 2years’ study of national economics.
Second I’m a person with great perseverance, responsibility and passion. These make me fit the position.

No, as I just have taken only one part-time job. My partners and the leader are quite friendly. They just focused on the task in hand. I learnt a lot from them. It’s quite important for a freshman.

First I have a great interest in economics. After I have studied business management for four years, Ihave a great interest of business.
Second it ’s my dream to study in such a famous university as renmin university of china. I’m preparing for this all the time.

My favorite courseismarketing . The teacher delivering the course has a great relationship to this. After every lecture the teacher gave us a case to analyze. This help us get a good knowledge of the real world.
