企业员工培训存在的问题及解决对策
摘要:员工培训的重要性虽然被越来越多的企业所认同, 但是从我国企业员工培训现状看, 还存在不少问题, 针对这些问题, 企业该采取何种有效策略, 让员工培训落到实效, 是企业培训需要解决的问题。本文分析了企业员工培训的重要性,分析了企业员工培训工作中存在的问题, 探讨了完善企业员工培训的对策。 关键词:企业员工;培训;问题;对策
abstract: the importance of training employees though by more and more enterprises that are identified, but from our country enterprise employee training situation look, there are still quite a few problems, aiming at these problems, the enterprise should take what effective strategies to let staff training to the actual effect, is the enterprise training need to solve the problem. this paper analyzes the importance of enterprise staff training, this paper analyzes the enterprise staff training existing problem, explore the perfect enterprise staff training countermeasures.
