说明:按照石油化工行业的设备特点,以及用户提出的工艺条件,量身定做了这套机器人激光熔覆及表面强化设备。该系统实现石化行业典型零部件的修复及表面热处理加工。其部件设备均采用国内外知名的品牌。整套系统集中控制,灵活可靠。
优势:1)可实现光束的柔性加工,便于实现三维激光加工。设备体积重量相对较小,可作为便携加工设备使用。
2)光纤激光发生器产生激光为短波激光,波长为1070-1080mm,反射率小,在金属类零部件加工过程中,其吸收率可达到35%,能量利用率高,还可实现铜、铝等特殊材料的修复。激光器满负荷使用寿命不低于10万小时。
3)光纤激光设备光路封闭,使用过程中仅需对出光口保护镜片进行定期清洗和更换即可。设备稳定性好,故障率低。同时,其使用过程中综合消耗率较低,维护成本约为二氧化碳激光设备的45%。
