Prevent Ourselves from the Flu
These days many people have the flu? What can we do to protect it?
First ,enough sleep can make us active, we should go to bed early and get up early . Second, we should exercise often to build us up. Third, we should clean our rooms every day and open the windows often to keep the air fresh. We must wash hands often, In public, we shouldn’t spit or throw litter around. Fourth ,we had better keep away from the crowded places. Finally, we should have healthy eating habits, eat more vegetables and fruit. If we have a fever or a cough, we must go to see the doctor as soon as possible.
If we do like that, we’ll have a happy and healthy life.

keeping healthy
It’s very important for us to keep healthy.Because a healthy body will make us active and study better .But do you know how to do it.
First,I think sleeping is important.Enough sleep can make us active during the day,so we should go to bed early and get up early.Second, we need to have healthy eating habits,we should eat more fruit and vegetables.They are good for our health. We shouldn’t eat too much meat and fast food. Third, to keep healthy,we need to do some exercise,such as running,jumping and ball games.Fourth ,smoking and drinking can cause many illnesses,we must say no to smoking and drinking.
Finally,happiness is important for our health ,it’s the best medicine .We should keep happy every day and be friendly to others.
