First of all, I really thank you about your service all the time, but, I am sorry to tell you that there are some mistakes about your service recently, such as the bathroom is full of stream all the day, you know, when we clean the room, we should open the window and let the fresh air and sunshine go into the room, but your service staff did not do that; there is another example, there is so much hair on the floor, we all know, when we comb on the morning, maybe our hair will break and fall down on the floor, to be honest, I think it is very dirty, I can not stand it, so I hope you can pay attention to the problems I say now.
I spend so much money because I want myself can be more comfortable and do less housework and have a good mind everyday, but now, I am worried about my tiles in the bathroom and the hair on the floor, so I hope you can put your heart into your work and you should not be such elaborate as you are now. If not, I am sorry that I will regret to hire you.
Now, the problem is occurred, complain does not make any sense, now, you have two ways to deal with these problems, one is you order your staff to work harder and more careful, the other is you put the money back to me and I find another company to do this, the solutions I have provide to you, I think you can do the right answer.
I hope you can accept the solutions and deal with them fast, I can give you only three days, if you can not maybe I will take legal actions, at that time, you will lose the trust of your customers.
