1 主题内容
本标准规定了塑料成品件的一般公差,用于非功能的线性或角度的尺寸,以及几何位置的未注公差。 注:如果对公差的要求较本标准更加严格或宽松,则应在图纸上标注清楚(见标准A32 4100)。
1.1适用范围
1.1 本标准适用于非功能尺寸,拢模斜度,合模面、筋板等的未注公差。 1.2 所涉及的零件为模压、转换或注塑的,热塑或热固性的塑材件。
本标准不适用于栅孔或轻化的塑料零件。 1.3 这类公差取决于三个基本因素:
z 材料系列; z 加工条件;
z 诸如温度和湿度影响下的回缩、尺寸变化等副作用。
尺寸测量应在冷却(至少48小时)之后,在鉴定或验审等老化周期之前进行。对于晶状体聚合物之类的某些材料,尺寸的测定在改善(稳定尺寸、恢复湿度等)之后实行。
大气参考数据:20°C±5°C和50%±10%HR
1.4 本标准不对形状公差、螺纹加工定位公差以及齿形公差进行定义。

4. 尺寸公差各级的定义
塑料件的制造应按照渐进严格的顺序,满足三个公差级别的需要。
当由一个级别向另一个级别转变时,应改变材料的系列,并更加严格地控制生产。 1. 1级公差 2. 2级公差 3. 3级公差
最后一级别的公差的特殊使用:
4. 尺寸上具有细微差异的4级“高度精确”公差,它有:
z 合适的材料; z 精密器械的使用; z 工装的严格设计;
z 对生产和设施的严格控制;
z 在废弃、挑选或恢复加工的极大风险问题上对称职人力的利用。
一般原则上来讲,建议使用1级公差,这一公差使材料间的标准化和互换性具备最大的可能性。
4.1 1级公差

4.7 拢模斜度:从0°30’到1°30’
除了不同的标注外,在图纸上:
5. 对于凸出或外部部分,其斜度在所指尺寸以内,此时公差仅取最大部分(见图2,); 6. 对于内凹或内部部分,其斜度在所指尺寸以外,此时公差仅取最小部分(见图2,)。

4.8 几何公差
这类公差在图纸中的标注方法在标准A32 2100中已作描述,并附有供查询的示例。
4.8.1 形状、位置、方向
直线度、平面度及圆度特征的公差用最大的差异来表示。
这一差异的值对应于公差的半区间,它重新采用表中所指值,但不带符号。
例如:直径为35mm的零件所容许的圆度误差,依据2级公差,其公差为0.20mm。
5 特殊情况
5.1毛边
合模或注塑压痕误差的凸出部分不应超过0.20mm。
5.2浇注口
凸出或内凹值依据所选的消除方式(切削或截断)而定,不需要在图纸上进行补充说明:±0.20mm。
