高寒地区无缝线路锁定轨温设计
摘要:高寒地区具有日夜温差极大、年平均气温低、气温变化反复、气温随线路走向变化快等特点,无缝线路长钢轨内温度应力随气温变化幅度较大。结合青藏线格拉段换铺无缝线路工程,从钢轨强度及长钢轨稳定性入手,分析计算得出适合高寒地区无缝线路的锁定轨温,保证长钢轨冬季不折断、夏季不涨轨跑道,确保线路安全运营。

Abstract:Alpine region with the characteristic of high temperature difference between day and night, low annual average temperature, Temperature changes repeatedly, temperature changes quickly over alignments, and so on. Temperature stress in the long rail has the big variations, The paper combination of the Qing-Zang rail way laied seamless line works, analysis rail strength and stability then calculate rail locking temperature, to make sure the long rail does not break in winter and stability in summer, it ensure line safety operations.

1 线路技术条件
钢轨采用60Kg/m,100m 定尺长钢轨,屈服强度, 钢轨断面对水平轴的惯性矩。轨枕按照Ⅱ型混凝土枕,1760根/km配置,轨枕间距57cm 。钢轨支座刚度D=30000N/m。采用NJ2内燃机车,按照设计时速120km/h计算。塑性初弯矢度,弹性初弯矢度,允许轨道变形矢度,单根钢轨对垂直轴的惯性矩,钢轨断面积,轨道框架刚度换算系数,等效道床横向阻力取,最小曲线半径为800m 。
