摘要
本设计为荣达煤矿开采设计。全部设计包括10个部分:矿区概述及井田地质特征;井田境界和储量;矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限;井田开拓;准备方式-采区巷道布置;采煤方法;矿井运输;矿井提升;矿井通风及排水设备的选择;矿井基本技术经济指标。
本设计的矿区位于河北省内邱县之西南约10 Km,地理坐标:东经114°24′、北纬37°18′。京广铁路和京深高速公路及107国道由矿区东侧通过,工业广场至官庄车站8 Km,距内邱站10Km,矿区运煤专用铁路在官庄车站与京广线接轨,储煤场与107国道有公路相连,矿区到邢台市有9路公共汽车往返行驶,交通十分便利。东西走向长4.8km,南北倾斜长4.4km,设计年产量300万吨。主要可采煤层为9号煤层,9号煤层平均厚度6.17m,井田内煤层赋存比较稳定,煤层平均倾角13°,该矿整体地质条件比较简单,瓦斯相对涌出量为3m3/t。该矿井正常涌水量220m3/h,雨季最大可达250m3/h。水文条件单一,为简单类型。
本矿9号煤层为低中灰、高硫、低磷、高发热量、高熔灰煤,矿井属低瓦斯矿井,煤层为二类自燃煤层,自然发火期为6~12个月,煤具有强爆炸性,应加强防尘,降尘措施。井田工业储量为349.35Mt吨,可采储量276.04Mt万吨,矿井服务年限为66a。
根据井田地质条件,提出三个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一:立井两水平开采,暗斜井延深至-700m水平;方案二:立井两水平开采,直接延深至-700 m水平,井筒位于井田中部;方案三:立井两水平开采,暗立井延伸至-700m水平,井筒位于井田中部。经经济技术比较,选定本次设计的开拓方式为立井两水平直接延伸开拓,划分为-350和-700两个水平。
设计首采区采用采区式准备方式,工作面长度220 m,采用一次采全高放顶煤采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“四六”制作业,三班生产,一班检修。生产每一循环进两刀,截深0.6m,日进6刀。
主井装备:井筒内装备两套32t的长形箕斗,多绳摩擦轮提升机,井筒直径D=6.5m。井壁采用混凝土砌碹(厚度500mm)支护方式。此外,还布置有检修道、动力电缆、照明电缆、通讯信号电缆、人行台阶等设施。
副井装备:井筒内除装备罐笼外,还设有梯子间作为安全出口,并设有
管子道、电缆道。副井井筒断面配备一对3t底卸式矿车双层四车罐笼,配备多绳摩落地摩擦轮提升机作为副井提升机,井筒直径D=8m井壁采用混凝土砌碹(厚度500mm)支护方式,井筒主要用于提料、运人、提升设备、矸石等。采用金属罐道梁,行钢组合罐道,端面布置,罐道梁采用通梁式布置方式。
采区巷道布置:由于本矿采用走向长壁,那么在东翼、西翼采区布置上山。本矿井按低瓦斯矿井设计,根据矿井通风需要和采区内煤炭设备材料运输等要求,设计确定本矿井的采区布置2条上山,即在采区中央布置一条轨道上山和一条皮带运输上山。两条上山布置的主要优点是:专巷专用、安全可靠、系统简单,对施工和生产有利。
采煤方法:结合本矿井的实际情况,本设计确定选用综采一次采全高放顶煤。结合本矿井倾角具体条件,设计确定本矿达产时两个采区。布置两个工作面,准备两个工作面,采区采用双巷掘进采煤。工作面支护用单体液压支架支护,超前支护采用单体液压支柱支护。开采块段煤层倾角不大(一般在13°左右),采区为走向长壁采煤法,顶板管理采用全部垮落法。
此外,为在正常生产期间,能够切实掌握采区内煤层构造及其变化情况,充分发挥采煤机械化的效能,保证矿井稳产、高产、避免新鲜风流窜入采空区,防治煤层自燃,采区内均采用后退式开采。
本矿运输,运煤采用皮带运输,辅助运输采用8t蓄电池机车牵引3t矿车运输,由20辆矿车组成列车,运送煤炭、矸石、材料、设备。
矿井提升,主井采用32t双箕斗提升,副井采用3t双层罐笼提升,提人每罐能容纳66人。
矿井采用两翼对角式通风,通风方法为抽出式,副井进风,井筒直径D=5.0m,矿井总需风量107.4m3
,矿井通风总阻力为容易时期为2310.18Pa,
2等积孔3.65 m,矿井通风中等困难。矿井通风困难时期矿井通风总阻力
2821.07Pa,等积孔2.41m2。

Abstract The design for Rongda coal mining design.And this design has 10 parts: Summary of mining area and geological characteristics of the mining field;State and reserve of mining field;Working system of the mine design and production capacity,length of service;Mine development;Standby mode - mining roadway layout;coal mining method;The mine transportation;Mine hoists;Mine ventilation and drainage equipment selection;The basic technology of mine and economic indicator.
This designed mine located in the southwest of Neiqiu county of Hebei province about 10 Km.Geographic coordinates:East longitude 114 ° 24 ', north latitude 37 ° 18 '.Beijing-guangzhou railway , jing-shen expressway and national highway 107 are on the east side by the mine,and there is 8km from industrial square to Guanzhuang also the distance to Neiqiu railway station is only 10 km.The railway of coal mining line with beijing-guangzhou routes at Guanzhuang station,and coal storage yard connects to the 107 national road,what`more ,the no. 9 bus drives from the mine to Xingtai,so the traffic is very convenient.East-west length of 4.8 km, north and south slope length of 4.4 km,and the designed of annual production capacity is 3 million tons.Main minable seam for 9 # coal seam,whose average thickness is 6.19 m.Coal seam occurrence of mining field is
013stable,and coal seam average Angle.The whole mine geological condition is
simple,as well,emission quantity of methane is 3m3 / t.The normal water inflow in the mine is 220 m3 / h,which changes to 250m3/h in the rainy season.Hydrologic conditions is single,so the mine is simple types.
The 9 coal mine is low in the dust,high-sulfur,low phosphorus,
high calorific value,high ash coal.The mine is a low gas mines and second kind spontaneous combustion coal seam.Spontaneous combustion period is six to twelve.The coal has a high explosive,so we should enhance dusting. Industrial mining field reserves is 349.35Mt,but we can exploit only 276.04Mt.Service life of mine is 66 years.
According to Ida geological conditions, raised three technically feasible to develop the program. The transport:,Mine coal use belt transport, But auxiliary transport use 8t battery locomotive traction 3t car transportation, it composed of 20 car trains and transport of coal, coal gangue, materials, equipment.
Mine hoists:The main shaft adopt 32t skip hoisting, during using 3t double cage hoisting,Now people can hold 66 people.
Mine adopts to two diagonal ventilation, ventilation method for draw-out, during intake, wellbore diameter D = 5.0 m, it should always be mine airflow, the total resistance of mine ventilation for easy times 2310.18 Pa, equal-area hole 3.65m, it belong to moderate difficulty of mine ventilation.
