1.3 编制说明Compilation Basis
针对本工程实际情况,在施工组织中我们把施工总体目标、项目施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全文明施工保证措施、推广应用新工艺、新技术、新设备等在本工程施工组织设计中作为重点阐述,其他常规性施工项目的施工方法仅作了一般性阐述,以体现本施工组织设计的全面性、可行性、科学性和针对性。
According to the actual situation of the project, we focus on the construction overall goal/ project construction methods/ quality assurance measures/ safe and civilized construction measures/ promoting the application of new technology/ new technology and new equipment in the construction organizations and make detailed description about them. As for other conventional construction methods, we just make only general discription, to reflect the comprehensive nature of the construction design, feasibility, scientific and relevant characters.
在本施工组织设计中,我们编制了推广应用新工艺、新技术、新设备计划。在科技进步领域里以实现不断进取,推广生产力发展。
In the construction method statement, we compile with promoting the use of new technology, new technology, new equipment plans, to achieve continuous progress in the field of science and technology and promote development of productive forces.
第二章 施工方案
Chapter 2 Construction Plan
2.1工艺流程Process
预应力分项工程中有粘结预应力梁工艺流程为:

2.2模板支设Template supporting
2.2.1预应力梁应留张拉端一侧侧模,以便固定有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉端;梁张拉端模板应采用木模板,按图纸尺寸在木模板上留孔,有粘结预应力钢绞线在木模板留孔处伸出并进行固定或张拉端用穴模预留后张拉。
Pre-stressed beams stretch-draw side should be left with template to fix bonded pre-stressed steel strand tension side; beam tension side is with wood template, keep hole as drawing size in the wooden template, bonded pre-stressed strand is through the hole in the wood to stay out of the template or stretch after the preserve with template at the tension side.
2.2.2波纹管的支撑系统应固定在绑好的马凳钢筋上。
Bellows support system should be fixed with the tied bench steel bar.
2.3有粘结预应力钢绞线制作与安装
Bonded pre-stressed steel strand production and installation.
2.3.1有粘结预应力钢绞线制作Bonded pre-stressed steel strand production 有粘结预应力钢绞线进场后,要整齐堆放并设立标盘,为保证预应力钢绞线下料长度准确,下料场地必须平整。
After the bonded pre-stressed steel strand approach, pile up neatly with label, to ensure the length accuracy of pre-stressed steel strand while cutting, cutting area must be flat.
有粘结预应力钢绞线制作或安装时,不得采用加热、焊接或电弧切割。在有粘结预应力钢绞线旁对其它部件进行气焊或焊接时,应防止预应力筋受焊接火花或接地电流的影响。
While bonded pre-stressed steel strand production and installation, shall not use heating, welding or arc cutting. While wilding beside the pre-stressed strands,should protect the pre-stressed reinforce against the damage from the
sparking and grounding current.
有粘结预应力钢绞线应在平坦洁净的场地上采用砂轮锯或切断机下料。 Bonded pre-stressing strand shall be cut at clean and flat site with grinding wheel saw or cutting machine.
有粘结预应力钢绞线切割下料时,在两端头部50㎜处用钢丝绑扎以防端部松股。
While cutting the strand, should lash the terminals with steel wire 50㎜ from the end to avoid the loosing of terminals.
有粘结预应力钢绞线下料长度如下:Cutting length for bonded pre-stressing strand is as follows.

注:有粘结预应力钢绞线下料时,应按预应力梁不同位置、不同编号分别堆放,并同时做好防雨、防火措施。
Note: When cutting pre-stressed steel strand, should pile up according to the different locations, different numbers, and also make rain, fire preventive measures.
2.3.2有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉端构造Bonded pre-stressed steel strand tension side construction
按规范要求有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉端采用夹片锚具,张拉端作法及保护措施如下图:
According to specifications, the tension side of bonded pre-stressed steel strand is with anchor clip, and the tension method/ protection measures are as
is equipped with small vibrator of 2.5 cm diameter. Before pouring, pave with cement mortar of same water-cement ratio to ensure the quality of concrete construction joints.
2.4.2砼振捣过程中注意震动棒不应碰螺旋筋及张拉、固定端承压板,并保持一定距离。
During concrete vibration, should pay attention to keep the vibrator away from the spiral reinforcement bars and tension/fixed side bearing plate, and keep a certain distance.
2.4.3 预应力砼梁的混凝土必须一次连续浇筑完成。
Pre-stressed concrete beams should be built with a continuous pouring for one time.
2.4.4浇筑完成的混凝土应加强养护并由土建单位多做几组砼试块张拉前试压,预应力砼梁的砼浇筑时,要有专人看护,严禁踏压碰撞有粘结预应力钢绞线、支撑钢筋及端部预埋件。如有改变要及时修复,张拉端和固定端区域的混凝土必须振捣密实,砼浇筑完成后准备预应力张拉工作,按照施工图要求待砼强度达到设计强度的75%以上方可进行张拉。
The poured concrete blocks should reserved by civil unit and make more testing block for pressure testing. The pre-stressed concrete beams must have someone special care, forbidding to step on the embedding parts of bonded pre-stressed strand and supporting reinforcement and terminals. If repair is needed for changes, concrete of tension-side and fixed side area must be vibrated dense. After concrete pouring is completed, pre-stressing work is prepared, start to stretch after the strength of concrete is up to 75%.
2.5有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉Bonded pre-stressed steel strand stretching
2.5.1有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉前土建方必须提供同条件、同强度的预应力砼梁的砼实验报告,砼强度大于设计强度(C30)的75%且砼的龄期:梁不宜小于7d,方可进行张拉。
Before bonded pre-stressed steel strand tension, civil party must provide the concrete test reports of same conditions and strength of pre-stressed concrete beams. The concrete strength is more than 75% of the design strength and the beam age should not be less than 7d, then tension can be carried out.
有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉设备和仪表应满足有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉要求,且应定期维护和标定。
Bonded pre-stressing strand tensioning equipment and instrument should satisfy the requirements of pre-stressed steel strand tension, and should be with regular maintenance and calibration.
有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉用千斤顶和压力表应配套标定、配套使用。
Jacks and pressure gauges for bonded pre-stressed steel strand should be marked and used by unit.
标定时有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉千斤顶活塞的运动方向应与实际张拉工作状态一致,张拉设备的标定期限不应超过半年。
While marking, the movement direction of the piston for bonded strand jack should be same with the actual tension state, tension equipment marked period should not exceed six months.
当有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉设备出现不正常现象时或有粘结预应力钢绞线千斤顶检修后,应重新标定。
When stretching equipment for pre-stressed strand is abnormal or
pre-stressed strand jack needs to be repaired, they should be re-calibrated.
有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉前应先拆除预应力砼梁张拉端模板,预应力砼梁底部支承在张拉前严禁拆除。
Before bonded pre-stressed steel strand is tensioning, should remove the template of pre-stressed concrete beams, support under pre-stressed concrete beams should not be removed.
有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉时,必须有足够的工作面(脚手架),工作面在有粘结预应力钢绞线下0.5m为宜。
While bonded pre-stressed steel strand is tensioned, it must have sufficient construction area(scaffolding), which is appropriate 0.5m under the bonded pre-stressed strands.
2.5.2按施工图要求确定张拉力: Determine tensile force according to the construction plans requirement.
预应力屋面框架梁中有粘结预应力钢绞线张拉力 F=0.75*1860Mpa*140mm2=195KN。
Tensile force of bonded pre-stressed steel strand in roof frame beams F = 0.75 * 1860Mpa * 140mm2 = 195KN.
依据校顶报告,计算张拉表读值。
Based on report, calculate tension table value.
按规范计算出有粘结预应力钢绞线的理论伸长值ΔL=PL/EPAP,有粘结预应力钢绞线实际伸长值与理论伸长值允许偏差为±6%。
Calculate the theoretic tensile length of bonded pre-stressed steel strandΔL = PL / EPAP according to standard, the deviation between the actual and theoretic tensile length is ± 6%.
2.5.3张拉程序:Stretching process
采用一次张拉,控制应力为0→бcon,预应力筋张拉顺序应遵循对称张拉原则。
Tension at one time, control stress is 0 → бcon, the tensioning order of pre-stressed reinforcement should be according to the symmetric stretching principle.
预应力张拉时,应对张拉力、压力表读数、张拉伸长值、异常现象等做出详细记录。
While pre-stressing stretching, should make detailed records of the tensile force, pressure gauge readings, elongation values, and unusual circs.
2.6封锚 sealing anchor
2.6.1 后张法有粘结预应力钢绞线锚固后的外露部分宜采用机械方法切割。预应力筋的外露长度不宜小于其直径的1.5倍,且不宜小于30mm.
Exposed parts of post-stretching pre-stressed steel strand should be cut with mechanical means. The exposed length of pre-stressed reinforcement may not be less than 1.5 times of its diameter, and not less than 30mm.
2.6.2封锚前切除多余部分的预应力筋,切除时严禁采用电弧焊,应用砂轮机切割。
Before sealing the anchor, should cut the surplus part of the anchor tendon, it is strictly prohibited to use arc welding, should use grinding machine for cutting.
2.6.3有粘结预应力筋锚具封闭前应将周围混凝土冲洗干净、凿毛,对凸出式锚头应配置钢筋网片。
Before sealing the anchor, should clean and shave the surrounding concrete , equip with steel mesh for the protruding anchor head.
2.6.4锚具封闭保护宜采用与构件同强度等级的细石混凝土,也可采用微膨胀混凝土、低收缩砂浆。
Use small stone concrete of same strength grade as the opponent for sealing anchor protection, and may also have micro-expansion concrete, low shrinkage mortar.
第三章 施工部署
Chapter 3 Construction Deployment
3.1施工部署总体指导思想Overall guidelines for construction deployment 我公司以“一流管理、一流质量、一流速度一流服务”为主导思想,严格按照双方签订的建设工程合同的规定,并将其作为我公司的重点工程,集中我公司优势资源;对合同范围的工作内容按“项目法”进行科学管理和精心组织施工,确保该工程施工达到高速优质,并承诺按期完工。为此,我们将做到:
Our company is based on "first-class management, first-class quality,
first-class rate and first-class service" dominant ideology, in strict accordance with two sides signed construction contract provisions, and take it as our company's key project; focusing our superior resources to manage and organize the construction in contract scope to ensure excellent quality of construction and to be completed on schedule. For this target, we will do as follows.
3.1.1组建最佳项目领导班子,全面履行对业主的承诺和本工程的施工承包合同。 Organize the best project leadership team, to fully implement the commitments and the contract signed with owners.
3.1.2认真搞好施工准备,创造良好的施工条件和内外部良好环境。
Do a good job on construction preparation, to create a good working condition and good internal and external environment.
3.1.3实行动态的目标管理制度,围绕方针目标开展动态管理,并层层落实。 Carry out dynamic management system, conduct dynamic management around the policy objectives, and complement level by level.
3.1.4按ISO9002标准建立全面质量管理体系,以此为中心点,开展质量管理工作,自始自终将施工质量控制在受控状态。
Establish comprehensive quality management system according to ISO9002 standard, carry out quality control work on it, control the construction quality from the beginning to end.
3.1.5认真落实各项规章制度,建立调度、分析、交底和检查考核制度,并建立资料档案制度。
Seriously implement the rules and regulations, establish scheduling, analysis, clarification, and performance checking system, and create data file system.
3.1.6以科学技术为先导,推广应用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备,以此来提高效率,缩短工期,保证质量。
Take science technology as guide, promote the application of new technologies, new processes, new materials, new equipment, in order to improve efficiency, shorten the construction period and ensure quality.
3.2工期保证体系Schedule assurance system
(1)有粘结预应力钢绞线生产加工Production and processing of bonded
pre-stressed steel strand
有粘结预应力钢绞线、锚具均按照施工图要求,根据施工进度计划提前在施工现场加工组装,这样,与土建总体施工进度相一致,既不耽误工期又不会造成过多的积压,同时节省施工场地。
Bonded pre-stressed strands and anchoring equipment should be assembled according to construction drawings requirement and construction progress ahead, same with civil construction schedule, so that it will not delay the overall construction schedule and not overstock, that also save construction site.
(2)劳动力安排保证Labor arrangements guarantee
在劳动力需求量上,我公司将根据分项工程的特点以及工期控制的要求配备足够的劳动力。做到不窝工,按时完工。我公司对于专业施工人员的选择,以素质高、技术好为条件进行选取,为保证业主所要求的工程质量,我公司将组织优秀施工队伍进场施工。
On labor demand, our company will be based on the characteristics of sub-projects and control requirements with adequate labor, not slowdown, complete on time. We will choose professional construction workers prior to high quality, god technology, and will choose good construction team to construct to achieve the respected project quality by client.
(3)技术措施保证Technical measures guarantee
根据土建方确定的施工流水方案,组织切合实际的交叉作业,编制切实有效的施工方案和技术措施,采用合理的工艺流程,及时作好针对性的技术交底。
According to the civil engineering programs, organize practical cross-operation, compile effective construction programs and effective technical measures, use reasonable process, and make targeted technical clarification.
(4)物资设备保证Materials and equipment guarantee
保证材料供应需求、各种预应力用机械设备的正常运转,不因材料机械耽误施工,有足够的各类机械以保证生产的需求。
To ensure material supply and normal operation of machinery and equipment, not delay the construction because of materials, machinery, prepare enough types of machinery to ensure production requirements.
(5)强化中控手段strengthening control means
强化自检、互检、专业检,发挥中控手段的作用,缩短工序时间,提高一次合格率,使施工进入良性循环。
Strengthen self-inspection, mutual inspection, professional inspection, to play the role of the central control and shorten the process time and increase first pass rates, make construction in a virtuous circle.
3.3实现计划管理的保证措施ensuring measures for management in plan
(1)根据计划任务编制相应的人力资源、材料、设备需用的的资源计划,定期检查劳动力和其它材料的供应计划及大型设备的运行情况,确保人力、财力、设备都能满足整个计划执行需要,为计划的执行得以实现提供可靠依据。
According to the task plan, compile corresponding human resources, materials, equipment resource plan, check the labor and other material supply and operation of large equipment periodically, to ensure that human, financial, equipment meet the implementation of the plan, and provide reliable basis for schedule completion.
(2)定期和不定期召开工作会议,检查计划的执行情况,如有延期,找出原因,有针对性的采取纠正措施,加强微弱环节力量,使计划动态平衡,是施工进度与合同工期计划终点同步。
Hole regular and irregular work conference, check the implementation of the plan, if extended, to find out reasons, take targeted corrective measures to enhance the weak parts, so that plan is in dynamic balance, that the construction progress and contract period end is in synchronization.
(3)安排追赶计划。有时可能由于难以预见的因素拖延计划工期,发现施工进度赶不上计划要求时,立即进行研究,分析原因,立马编制追赶计划,并随时检查追赶计划的实施情况。
Arrange catching up plan. Sometimes the unforeseen factors that may delay in planned duration, if found construction schedule could not meet the the planned requirements, immediately conduct a study to analyze the reasons, compile speed up plans and inspect speeding up implementation at any time.
3.4安全管理措施Security management measures
1.预应力施工人员应遵守建筑工地有关安全生产的规定。
Pre-stressed construction staff site shall comply with the relevant safety
requirements.
2.预应力筋下料时应防止钢绞线弹出伤人,尤其是原包装钢绞线放线时宜用放线架约束,近距离内不得有其他人员。
While cutting strand, should prevent pop-up assault, especially when unfolding the strand should use the bounding shelf to bind, other staff shall not stand near.
3.预应力施工时应搭设可靠的操作平台。对原有脚手架应检查是否安全,铺板应牢靠。
Erect reliable platform for pre-stressed construction, check original scaffolding is safe or nor, the paving plate should be firm.
4.预应力施工作业处的竖向上、下位置严禁其他人员同时作业;必要时应设置安全护栏和安全警示标志。
Along pre-stressed construction direction, forbid other personnel to work at the vertical upper and lower position; if necessary, set the security barrier and safety warning signs.
5.张拉使用前,应清洗工具锚夹片,检查齿形有无损坏,保证有足够的夹持力。 Before tension, clean anchor clips, check tooth whether has been damaged to ensure adequate clamping force.
第四章 技术质量保证措施
Chapter 4 Technical quality assurance measures
4.1 组织保证措施Organizations guarantee measures
4.1.1公司技术质量部派一名技术管理员、一名质量管理员,专门指导技术质量管理工作,督促、检查本工程执行ISO9001标准和公司技术质量管理规定情况。并严格履行公司制定的技术、质量管理奖罚条例。
Company sends a technical officer/a quality officer to guide the technical quality management work, supervise and inspect the implementation circs of ISO9001 quality standards and technical regulations, and strict complete reward and punishment regulations.
4.1.2项目技术负责人主动征求业主方代表、监理工程师或质监人员对工程质量方面的意见,以利改进工程质量。
Technical director of the project seeks the advices of client/supervisor and quality check staff on the project quality, to facilitate the improvement of project quality.
4.1.3项目质量管理人员、施工技术管理人员每天检查工程的质量,并做好施工记录。
Project quality management staff, construction and technical management staff check the project quality each day, and make construction records.
4.2技术交底Technical clarification
根据质检计划编制质量控制措施,认真搞好质量技术交底工作,组织专业施工管理人员及操作班组学习施工及验收规范,弄清楚设计图纸,操作规程及质量标准和检验方法,并形成书面记录。
Make quality control measures based on quality program, do a good job in technical clarification work, organize professional management staff and operation team to learn the construction and acceptance specification, to be clear about drawings design, operating procedures and quality standards and testing methods, and record in written form.
4.3技术准备Technical preparations
(1)根据设计要求编制有粘结预应力施工方案,绘制施工大样图。
According to the design requirements, compile pre-stressed reinforced concrete programs, draw large sample drawing.
(2)根据设计图纸编制施工预算,准备有关合同资料。
According to the drawings design and construction budget, prepare the contract information.
(3)准备有关材质检验试验资料。
Prepare material inspection and test data.
(4)报送有关施工资料。
Submit relevant construction document.
(5)组织有关人员熟悉图纸,学习有关规范,向作业人员进行技术安全交底。 Organize relevant personnel to be familiar with the drawings, learn the norms, tell the safety measures to the workers.
4.4材料准备 Material preparation
根据施工图要求,采用抗拉强度标准值为fptk=1860Mpa的有粘结预应力钢绞线。有粘结预应力钢绞线的质量,应符合现行行业标准的规定;对有粘结钢绞线外观要求:表面不得有油污、锈斑或机械损伤,允许有轻微浮锈;钢绞线的捻距应均匀,切断后不松散。有粘结预应力钢绞线进场时要附有出厂质量证明书,并按下述规定验收:有粘结预应力钢绞线的外观质量应逐盘检查,常规试验,每批重量不大于60t,每批任取三盘,每盘各截取一根试件进行拉伸试验。检验结果应符合现行行业标准《预应力混凝土用钢绞线》GB/T5224的规定,锚具进场后应对锚具进行外观检查、静载锚固性能试验。
According to construction drawing requirement, use bonded pre-stressing steel strand with standard value fptk = 1860Mpa. The quality of bonded pre-stressed steel strand shall meet the provisions of the existing industry standards; requirements for the appearance of bonded strands: the surface may not have oil, rust or mechanical damage, allowing a slight rust; strand twist distance should be uniform, no loose after cutting. Bonded pre-stressing strand should be with the factory quality certificate, acceptance is according to the following requirements: the appearance of bonded pre-stressed steel strand should be checked by conventional tests, the weight of each batch is not more than 60t, choose three sets for each batch, and take one section for each set to conduct the tensile test. Test results should be consistent with current industry standards "pre-stressed concrete strand" GB/T5224 provisions, anchoring equipment should be with visual inspection after anchoring equipment approach, and with static anchoring performance tests.
(1)外观质量:从每批中抽取10%且不应少于10套锚具,检查外观质量和外型尺寸;锚具表面应无污物、锈蚀、机械损伤和裂纹。
Appearance: extract 10% from each batch and shall not be less than 10 sets, check the quality and appearance dimensions; anchoring eqipment surface should be no dirty, with corrosion, mechanical damage and cracks.
(2)静载锚固性能试验:应从同一批中抽取6套锚具,与符合试验要求的有粘结预应力钢绞线组装成3组预应力筋—锚具组装件,每组组装件试验结果必须符合规程要求。
Static anchoring performance test: draw 6 sets of anchorage from the same
batch, and bonded pre-stressed steel strand that meet the test requirements is assembled into 3 groups - anchorage assemblies, each assembly test results must meet regulation requirements.
4.5预应力施工材料的装运和存放pre-stressed construction material shipping and storage
(1)预应力筋按照施工图纸规定进行下料。按施工图上结构尺寸和数量,考虑预应力筋的曲线长度、张拉设备及不同形式的组装要求,每根预应力筋的每个张拉端预留张拉长度进行下料,然后将各种类型的预应力筋按照图纸的不同规格进行编号堆放。
The pre-stressed reinforcement should be cut under the provisions of the construction drawings. Cutting considering about the curve length and tensile equipment and different assemble requirement according to the drawing structure size and quantity, then pile them up according to different types/ specifications and code number.
(2)有粘结预应力筋及配件运输及吊装过程中尽量避免碰撞挤压。
Avoid the collision and extrusion during transporting and lifting the bonded pre-stressed and accessories.
(3)预应力筋、锚具及配件在铺放使用前,按规格分类标识,将其妥善保存放在干燥平整的地方,上面采取防雨措施,以避免材料锈蚀;锚具、配件要存在室内,码放整齐,按规格分类,避免长期受潮、砸压和接触电气焊作业,避免损伤。 Pre-stressed reinforcement and anchoring equipment should be put on dry and flat ground before using according to type and specification, to prevent the rain and corrosion; anchorage and accessories are stored in room neatly , to avoid long-term moisture, electric welding damage.
(4)波纹管应分类、分规格堆放。室外存放时,应垫枕木并用防水布覆盖。长期存放时,应设置仓库。
Corrugated metal pipe should be piled up as classified, sub-standard. When stored outdoor, should be padded with sleepers and tarpaulin pads covered. Long-term storage should set up warehouses.
(5)金属波纹管吊装时,不得在其中部单点起吊。塑料波纹管贮运时应远离热源和化学品源并应避免暴晒。
When lifting corrugated metal pipe, we shall not lift at the middle point. The plastic corrugated pipe should be away from heat sources and chemicals object and should avoid exposure under sunlight.
