Business Manager:
Key Activities:
1, Report to Project Manager and directly responsible to the Project Manager;
2, Responsible for a proper contract administration of both Main Contracts and subcontracts including following up of both document preparation for certifications for receiving and making works progress payments;
3, Check of all main contract documents & drawings with comprehension of works scope and obligations, correspondences and other information to ensure a proper performance of the contractual obligations. 4, Identify and prepare Variations and Claims reports.
5, Reviewing subcontractor’s claim application and prepare progressive payment certificates for certification by the Project Director approval.
Procurement Manager:
Key Activities:
1, In charge of logistics of construction materials and directly responsible to the Project Manager;
2, Check purchasing requisitions and obtain quotations;
3, Selecting appropriate suppliers;
4, Prepare Purchase orders;
5, Obtain approvals of purchases from Project Manager and other Department Managers.
6, Receive and dispatch materials;
7, Control the store keeping;
8, Keep all procurement related files;
9, Report nonconformities to the Project Manager and Propose corrective actions.
Human-resource Manager:
1, To assist the management team in making plans of development and be responsible for the short-term or long-term decision-making independently;
2, To make overall plan of Human Resources development and govern the operation of programs;
3, To establish and better HR management, research and design the overall construction of human resources system;
4, To provide the management team with advises on HR management and improve the organization chart of Project, like control the cost of human resources effectively;
5, To solve the problems of management, recruit and interview the employees, make training courses regularly;
6, To build the working atmosphere and corporate culture; to develop and maintain the internal and external relationship;
7, To declare and manage the construction patents, and be responsible for the health of employees, the safety and environment of workplace; 8, To take charge of all the declaration to the authorities, office supplies and the organization of team activities.
Design Manager:
1, In charge of overall work of Design Department, responsible to plan, organize, coordinate and supervise;
2, To assign tasks and make task target, implement principles and Department Assessment System;
3, To take charge of the plans of work and capital, including contract administrative work;
4, To organize and operate Project Preliminary Investigation, participate in the project planning and positioning, finish project overall plan;
5, Be responsible to supervise the process of the Department work implementation and coordinate with other related Department;
6, To assist in making and instructing project program, clarify information on the specific projects, guarantee the conformity with related specifications;
7, To study and research the developing trend in design and plan of the similar projects at home and abroad, provide regular research reports.
