EDTA对吊兰根生长和负向光性的影响
摘要:研究了在水培液中添加乙二胺四乙酸(Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid,EDTA)后对吊兰[Chlorophytum comosum (Thunb.)Baker]的根生长和负向光性的影响,结果发现,EDTA抑制吊兰根的生长和负向光性弯曲度,抑制程度随着EDTA浓度的增加而加剧,当EDTA浓度达到1.0 mg/L时,吊兰根尖出现坏死;吊兰根尖坏死的过程为先从根尖生长点开始出现红色斑点,然后逐渐向伸长区和成熟区扩散,颜色也逐渐转变为褐色至黑色;EDTA还影响吊兰根毛的形成,不添加EDTA时,吊兰根在水培液中形成的根毛少,EDTA浓度在0.1~0.5 mg/L之间时,随着EDTA浓度的增加,根毛数量不断增加,浓度大于0.5 mg/L后又不断减少,当浓度达到1.0 mg/L时,根毛消失。

Abstract: The effects of EDTA (Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) on growth and negative phototropism of Chlorophytum comosum (Thunb.) Baker root were investigated. The results showed that EDTA inhibited the root growth and the bend angle; and the inhibition degree was aggravated continuously with the increasing of EDTA concentration. The root tip necrosis appeared when the EDTA concentration increased to 1.0 mg/L. EDTA influenced the formation of root hair, more root hair would appear when EDTA was 0.1 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L but less when EDTA was higher than 0.5 mg/L, when EDTA concentration was 1.0 mg/L, root hair disappeared.
