近几年来,我国房价飞速上涨,居高不下。高房价不仅成为我国的经济焦点,更造成了严重的社会问题,影响了居民的正常生活。中国人素来安土重迁。受传统观念的影响,很多中国居民认为:“拥有一套稳定的住房是安身立命的根本”,不愿意过租房的生活。因而,高房价虽令人望而却步,人们却依旧迎难而上。为此,不少人节衣缩食、省吃俭用,只为买房或者还贷,成为当下热议的群体——“房奴”。高房价所造成的问题日益凸显,亟待我们去探讨和解决。

与此同时,政府还应当重视监管、整治与清理,对房地产开发企业土地闲置、改变土地用途和性质、拖延开竣工时间、捂盘惜售等违法违规行为,政府要加大曝光和处罚力度。
