【预习案】

主语+谓语+宾语+定语从句关系代词that指代先行词music引导定语从句同时作定语从句谓语dance to的逻辑宾语。
I like lessons that I can learn by myself. 我喜欢可以自学的功课。 I like jobs that I am interested in. 我喜欢我感兴趣的工作。 I like dogs that I can keep out. 我喜欢可以拒之门外的狗狗。 I like cats that I can stay away from. 我喜欢可以泰然处之的猫眯。

eg.This song reminds him of his mother. 这首歌让他想起了他的妈妈。 This music reminds me of my childhood. 这首曲子使我想起了我的童年。 3. I listened to one (CD) called Heart Strings. 我听了一盘名叫《心弦》的专辑。 called Heart Strings 是过去分词短语做定语修饰one CD。 例如

4. sth. is/are important to sb. 某事对某人很重要
eg. That’s not really important to me. 那对我而言并不重要。 It is important for sb. to do sth. 做某事对某人来讲很重要
eg. It is important for me to have a good sleep every night. 每晚良好的睡眠对我而言很重要。

【概念】
在复合句中作定语的从句叫定语从句。 先行词:被定语从句修饰的名词或代词称为先行词。
关系词:引导定语从句的词叫关系词,也叫引导词。关系词包括关系代词和关系副词。关
系代词有that, which, who, whom, whose等关系副词有where, when, why等。 人 (n.) + who + 从句 物 (n.) + that + 从句
关系代词who / that的作用 a. 做代词代替先行词;
b. 在从句中担任句子成分主语或宾语; c. 做连词把主句和从句连接起来。 who/that 在从句中可担任主语或宾语。
1. I love singers who (主语) write their own songs. 2. He is the man who (宾语) I met yesterday.
3. I prefer a sandwich that (主语) is really delicious. 4. I like music that (宾语) I can dance to
. who/that 在定语从句中作主语时,谓语动词的单复数与先行词保持一致。 eg. I prefer shoes that are cool. I have a friend who plays sports. 当关系代词在从句中作宾语时, 关系代词可以省略。 He is the man (who) I met yesterday. 2) that与which“指物”的区分
★ 以下情况的定语从句常用that引导而不用which
先行词是all, everything, some, any, nothing, much, little, few等不定代词时 先行词被all, every, no, little, much等修饰时
先行词被序数词、形容词最高级或the only, the very等限定词修饰时 先行词既有人又有物时
★ 关系代词前有介词 时,常用which,而不用that。 ★ 【训练案】

1}用在祈使句中表示说话人的要求译为“一定要„„务必要„„”。

(1) fit sb.译为“适合某人合谋人的身”指衣服鞋子等在尺寸上合
(2) suit sb.指衣服鞋子等在花色、款式、美观方面适合也可指发型适合某人。此外suit还
可作名词指“一套衣服西装”。
(3) 例如你穿着衣服很合身但颜色不合适。

2:理解并学习下列单词及短语的用法。
1. It does have a few good features, though. 然而它的确有些优点。 does 在句子中表示强调, 意思是“真的, 的确”。如果省略, 原句可写成 It has a few good features, though.
As you know, I do like that car very much. 如你所知, 我真的喜欢那辆小车。
Though 1) adv. 副词 用于口语中, in spite of this; however意思是 “尽管如此, 然而”, 放在句尾。 eg. I expect you’re right -- I’ll ask him, though. 我认为你说得对 -- 我去问问他也好。
2) conj. 连词although; despite the fact that 意思是“虽然, 尽管”, 放在句首或句中, 不与but连用。 eg. She won the first prize, though none of us had expected it. 她得了头奖, 虽然这件事我们都没想到。
