幼儿自我控制能力的研究

摘 要 随着社会经济的不断发展,培养幼儿良好的自我控制能力,可以为其在今后的学习生活中与他人协调关系、成功适应社会打下良好的基础。当前,素质教育观念深入人心,素质教育改革迫在眉睫,通过对幼儿自我控制能力的价值探讨与意义分析,从而提升幼儿自控能力培养在素质教育中的地位与作用,为广大幼儿工作者提供科学的教学研究参考。本文主要对幼儿自控能力发展与培养方式进行研究,并切实提出多种有针对性的幼儿自控能力培养途径,促进幼儿自控能力水平的提升,帮助幼儿更好地适应社会化的发展历程。

Abstract With the continuous development of social economy, foster children good self-
control, you can learn their life in the future to coordinate relations with others, successfully adapt to society and lay a good foundation. Currently, the popular notion of quality education, quality education reform is urgently needed, through the value of self-control ability of young children to explore the significance of the analysis, so as to enhance children self-control training status and role in the quality of education for the majority of child care workers to provide science teaching research. This paper focuses on early childhood development and self-control training methods to study and propose a variety of practical targeted way of children self-control training, promote children raise the level of self-control, to help children better adapt to development process of the society. 自我控制力是指一个人对自身心理和行为的主动掌握过程,这属于一项特殊的行为活动。自控力的针对性分为两种类别,第一种为针对客观世界,通过对物质的占有达到对客观世界的控制,第二种为针对主观世界,通过语言、强调自我意识达到对自身心理与行为控制的目的。自我控制力的本质是对自我行为的判断,属于一种较为理性的行为,这一理性的判断与执行方式构成了自控力的主体。自控力的重要体现在于很多事情需要经过分析与研究,对事物做出明
