顶岗实习教师成长的自我研究
【摘要】顶岗实习作为教师教育改革成果之一,已经成为目前师范生教育实习的主要模式。与传统教育实习不同在于顶岗实习的学生将完全履行其“顶替”的教师的职责,有更多的机会参与教育教学活动。新课程改革在教育观、课程观、教师观和学生观等方面对教师提出了全新的要求,教师专业发展面临着更多的来自内部和外部的困难和障碍。出于提高自身专业素养和高效指导教师的需要,采取“自我研究”这种专业发展方式。通过研究师范生自己顶岗实习的过程,发现我个人在实习的初期从茫然无措到逐渐放松,我也初步体会到了作为一名教师的幸福与不易。在实习的中期,从放松到新的尝试,在此过程中,我已经能够尝试一些新的教学方法与教学手段了。再到实习的后期,我已经开始关注情境与学生了,这无疑说明了我较顶岗实习初期有了不小的提高。期望这些发现能促进职前教师成长和专业发展的研究。

Field work self study of teachers’ growth
【Abstract】As one of the teachers education reform achievements, field work, has become the main current normal education practice model. Different from traditional education internship is field work students will fully perform its duties of teachers "replace" will have more opportunity to participate in education and teaching activities. The new curriculum reform in education, curriculum, teachers, students, etc are put forward new requirements to teachers, teachers' professional development is facing more and more from internal and external difficulties and obstacles. For teachers to improve their professional quality and efficient guidance needs to take "self study" this way of professional development. By studying the students' own field work process, I found my personal from at the beginning of the internship at sea to gradually relax, I also early experience as a teacher to happiness and not easy. In the middle of the internship, from relaxing to try new things, and in this process, I have been able to try some new teaching methods and teaching means. Again towards the end of his internship, I have begun to focus on the situation with the student, it shows me a field work has improved a lot. Hope these findings can promote the research of pre-service teachers' professional growth and development.
