在初创公司设立顾问委员会,有诸多益处。这些顾问会为公司的成功有所贡献——不仅可以为试验提供意见、强化创新想法,还可以让创业者接触到许多重要资源。
要想建立委员会,创业者可以参考一下电影公司的做法,制片人总是先选择最卖座的演员,这样其他人就会追随而来。同样的道理,你要招揽圈子内著名人士或者行业影响者作为公司顾问,他们会吸引其他人为组织带来可信度。
创业者还要为顾问委员会建立目标和期望,包括开会的频率和地点。通常,每3-6个月举办一次面对面会议就足够了。公司顾问们都很忙,所以不要浪费他们的时间,而应确保每次会议议程都设立了明确的目标,并告知咨询顾问的任期时限(2年或者3年)。
