粗镗连杆大头孔专用镗床总体及夹具设计
摘要:为了满足连杆大批量生产的需要,本课题设计了一台粗镗连杆大头孔专用镗床,设计的主要内容包括机床总体设计和夹具设计两个部分。机床总体设计主要包括机床配置型式的确定、结构方案的选择以及“三图一卡”的绘制。本机床采用卧式双面布置,整体底座,由两个非标机械滑台驱动专用镗削头进行镗削加工。一次装夹可实现单面两个相同品种连杆的加工,双面四个相同品种连杆的加工。夹具设计部分,选择并确定了工件的定位与夹紧方案。采用连杆端面作为主要定位基准,连杆小端外表面和大头孔上的一个工艺搭子面作为辅助定位基准。采用定位块、支承钉、支承块作为定位元件,使工件准确定位。夹具采用液压夹紧的方案。为了减少切削振动,夹紧位置靠近加工部位;为了减少夹紧变形,夹紧力主要分布在工件刚性较好的部位。此外,为了实行工件的准确定位,在连杆大端侧面还增加了一个辅助夹紧。该夹具定位、夹紧可靠,操作方便,可满足连杆大批量生产的需要。
