论钟嵘《诗品》滋味说

【摘要】中国饮食文化滋味说的传统, 以及南北朝时期品评滋味的风气, 对钟嵘《诗品》滋味
说有很大影响。钟嵘从纠正文坛时弊出发, 反对用典、声律的过分雕琢, 提出自然之美, 更进一步
提出滋味说, 即:从清雅的自然之美, 到吟咏情性的感伤之美, 再到赋、比、兴、丹采、风力的调和使
用, 完整而全面地展示了其滋味说的美学理想。我们完全有理由相信, 滋味说是钟嵘《诗品》的中
心。

On Dissussion of the Savor Theory of Shiping

A bstract :Z hong Rong ' s work Shiping w as influenced by Chinese traditional sitology cultural savor theo ry and the
atomesphere of sizing up savor during the No rthern and Southern Dynasties . Zhong Ro ng set out to correct the current situation of literature , objecting to write it an ornate sty le with many idioms , litera ture quo ta -tio ns , etc .
He furthered to bring forward the beauty o f nature and then the sav or theory , tha t is using the grace -
fal natural beauty , the sentimental beauty and ode , compare , prevail , etc . His theo ry demo nstrated totally and completely the aesthetical dream of savo r theory . We are confident that savor theory is the main point of Zhong Rong ' s w ork S hiping .
