前 言
走进大学,生活变得缤纷多彩,不经意间已是大学四年级学生,又一次面临选择,毕业后何去何从?金融危机、就业压力等词汇一下子涌入脑海,我该怎么办?
凡事预则立,不预则废。要想使自己的一生过得有意义,实现美好的人生,都应该设计好自己人生的宏伟蓝图。适逢全国的职业生涯规划大赛,我有幸在老师、专家的指导下来做我的职业生涯规划,选择好未来的路。
本规划从本人个性特征、职业兴趣、职业能力、职业价值观等角度进行了自我认知探索,发现自己喜欢和可能从事的职业;从就业形式、学校教育、职业标准等进行职业认识探索;利用SWOT分析方法选择自己的职业目标是国际商务谈判师;为此设计了实现该目标的计划和路径,以及评估监控方案。
我相信,通过这次职业生涯规划大赛活动,我将在职业生涯中不断成熟,不断走向成功!

第一部份 自我认知
很多人生活和工作了多年,对自己仍不了解,不知道自己是谁?想干什么?职业生涯规划的第一步就是进行准确的自我认知。为此,我选择了霍兰德职业倾向测验量表等工具,对其中的相关内容进行了认真的测验,初步得出了自己未来的职业取向。
一、成长经历
XX,X,中共党员,重庆工商大学XX学院XX专业XX级本科生。在校学习期间,于2008年08月~12月作为重庆工商大学交换生派往美国Widener University 交换学习。
自幼生长在温暖和睦的家庭里。父母从小培养我广读诗书的习惯、教导我知识改变人生并鼓励我努力地学习和大胆地进行社会实践。

MBTI的人格类型分为四个维度,每个维度有两个方向,共有八种人格特点。我的测评结果为ENTJ:外向、直觉、思考、判断。

参考个性特征测评的结果,我的个性主要表现为比较外向,喜欢人多热闹的地方;做事果断、理性,不感情用事;遇到突发情况,能够冷静地思考、判断和分析,采取紧急措施以解决问题。
三、职业兴趣
(一)霍兰德职业测评原理
在霍兰德理论中,他结合人的个性类型把环境或者说职业结合起来划分为六大基本类型。即六边型模型,对人与职业的不同匹配方式作出了解释。比如最为理想的职业选择就是个体选择与个性类型相一致的职业环境,因为此时个人最可能充分发挥自己的才能并获得较高的工作满意度。 3
(二)职业兴趣测评小结
霍兰德职业兴趣自我评估和职业测评的结果分别为ESC和SAE。其中,职业兴趣测评结果SAE的分值依次为68、53、46分。结果显示我的职业兴趣为喜欢人际交往、与人沟通、倾向于服务团体;具备独立性和领导决策能力及说服能力。
四、职业能力
职业能力是指经过系统的学习、训练才具备的能力。其测评的结果如下: (一)通用技能测评结果

第二部份 职业认知
通过以上自我认知的过程,从我的成长经历、个性特征、职业兴趣、职业能力、职业价值观等几个方面综合考虑,我将职业目标定为外贸行业、国内外大型企业的国际商务谈判师,国际采购员和外贸业务员等职业。下面我将对上述三种职业进行职业认知考察。
一、国际商务谈判师
(一)国际商务谈判师的市场需求
国际商务谈判师是指从事为完成某项国际交易或实现一定经济目标,而与其他当事人就交易标的、实现条件等事项进行磋商活动的工作人员。自中国加入WTO后,市场处于高度竞争的态势,企业运作的各个环节都毫无选择地要适应国际化的游戏规则,国际化人才的短缺成为我国企业面临的重大困难之一,作为其中最重要一环的商务谈判师,随着企业规模的不断扩大和企业之间合作的进一步加强,在企业运作中越来越凸显其重要性。截止2008年12月,我国共有外经贸企业14057家,其中外贸流通企业8019家,外经企业1460家;加上具有自主经营进出口权的私营生产企业978家,各地登记的生产企业,我国具有外经贸经营资格的企业共有3.2万家。据权威机构调查,目前商务谈判师的市场需求是360万人,而真正具备专业素质的从业人员却不足1万人。另外,每年全国有万余次经贸洽谈会、招商引资会和商品交易会,急缺善于谈判的专业人员,这对于国际商务谈判人才是一个难得的发展机遇和发展前景。
(二)国际商务谈判师的工作内容
国际商务谈判师分别设立国际商务谈判员、助理国际商务谈判师、国际商务谈判师和高级国际商务谈判师四个等级。国际商务谈判员应具有调查能力,助理国际商务谈判师应具有分析能力,国际商务谈判师应具有决策能力,高级国际商

务谈判师应具有总体策划和综合能力。每个级别的上升都需要相关行业更多的社会实践和更高的能力要求。国际商务谈判师的主要工作内容、基本技能要求和对专业知识的要求如下表内容所示。

(三)国际商务谈判师的薪资待遇
从市场供求情况看,目前而言,全国从事国际商务谈判的高级人才不足万人,其中真正有谈判经验、接受过系统理论教育、拥有资格证书者更是寥寥无几。有经验的国际商务谈判师年薪可达20万元到50万元。据悉,大学毕业生在工作2年后,有了扎实的营销、贸易功底和良好的英语能力,5000元的月薪是薪酬底线。而拥有5至8年行业经验、谈判经验和专业资格证书的人才,或者是CIBNE(国际商务谈判师证书)持证者,可能拿到20万到50万元的年薪。
二、国际采购员
(一)国际采购员的市场需求
加入世界贸易组织,随着我国对外商投资限制进一步减少,外商来华投资保持了快速增长的势头。2008年,外商在华直接投资实际达468.78亿美元,同比增长15.14%,今年1~4月,外商在华直接投资实际达141.36亿美元,同比增长29.06%;同时,跨国公司加大对中国的投资,向中国产业转移的步伐加快。特别是日本的集成电路、韩国的家电、欧美的通讯电子类产品的制造企业,加快了

向中国转移生产能力的速度。目前我国加大了金融、电讯、流通等服务贸易领域的对外开放,这些领域已成为中国吸引外资新的增长点。据统计,2008年外商在中国服务领域的投资项目共有5212个,合同金额139.3亿美元,实际投资达141.11亿美元。这些企业对熟悉国际业务的人才急剧增加,特别是对国际采购员的需求大大增加。
(二)国际采购员的工作职责和基本素质
结合福步外贸人才网,各公司招聘信息中对国际采购员的要求,总结出各公司在对国际采购员的需求上存在共同点。具体如下表格所示: 国际采购员的工作职责与岗位要求

使用智联招聘中的薪酬查询器对北京、上海和重庆三个城市国际业务客户经理的基本薪资进行查询,发现其低端工资水平依次为1968元、1976元和1520元;中端工资水平为3837元、3913元和3010元;其高端工资水平分别为6473元、6600元和5077元,具体情况结果如下:

进入21世纪以来,经济全球化的深入发展给世界贸易带来了巨大的推动力。在经济全球化背景下,国际贸易获得了空前的发展动力。随着涉外交往增多,外贸随之成为企业的的日常业务,市场对外贸业务员需求迅猛增加。 (二)外贸业务员的胜任标准与工作内容

1.SO分析:精通英语、熟悉外贸流程、应变能力强等优势有助于我在良好的国际市场环境下对外贸人员大量需求的形势中达到要求,顺利进入外贸行业。
2.ST分析:外贸业务员的数量,特别是经验丰富的外贸业务员给整个行业带来了更为激烈的竞争和挑战。因此,在具备外贸业务员基本素质外,应该不断地强化、拓展自己的优势,迎接更为严峻的挑战。
3.WO分析:良好的就业形势对外贸业务员提出了更高的要求。熟练掌握和应用电子商务、网络营销已成为基本要求。否则将在竞争中处于不利地位。
4.WT 分析:电子商务和网络营销不熟练、人脉资源缺乏等劣势在与大量竞争者挑战时将处于不利地位。应该提高计算机水平,不断积累人脉资源。
四、决策分析小结
上述各职业的SWOT分析给出了决策的依据,为了更准确地对每一方案的SWOT各方面进行准确综合判断,我借助决策平衡单工具对三种职业进行综合评分,得分从高到低依次是国际商务谈判师(341)、国际业务客户经理(271)、外贸业务员(235)(见下表)。于是我的职业决策选择顺序是,首选国际商务谈判师,其次是国际业务客户经理、再次是外贸业务员。

第五部份 自我监控
人生的职业目标随着对自己认识的加深和外界环境的变化而变化。因此需要不断地对职业规划进行检查评估和监控,及时进行调整和修正,以确保职业规划的适应性、科学性和准确性。
一、评估 (一)评估目的
通过对职业生涯规划的评估,进一步对职业规划进行深入理解,有利于我更好地结合自身实际情况实施职业规划,为后期的职业生涯奠定基础。
(二)评估要素
1.可行性:结合自身实际情况,实事求是,切勿好高骛远,将目标理想化。 2.机动性:必须是能够适应环境的变化而不断发展完善的。
3.一致性:各个时间段所订立的各项目标都必须保持前后的连贯和整体性。 4.持续性:对每个时间段的目标进行有效调整和改进,以实现总体目标。
二、修正 (一)修正原则
结合实际情况,实事求是;尊崇个人兴趣爱好;用整体长远的眼光进行审查。
(二)修正内容
1.实施策略的修正:因为每一个时间段都存在难以把握的随机性因素,任何一个因素的改变都可能对阶段目标的实现产生影响。所以,要适时进行策略修正。
2.职业路径的修正:在实际情况下,由于主观或客观条件改变,不能按照预定的职业路径实现目标,所以要根据具体情况调整职业路径,以达到整体的均衡。
3.职业目标的修正:主要是为了应对以后有可能出现的发展方向的变动。

结束语
作品付印之际,我心情复杂,有一种轻松又任重而道远的感觉,收获的快乐和感激之情油然而生。在准备大赛过程中,通过多角度发现自我、了解自我、认识自我,让我看清了我是谁,我能做什么,我的优点、我的缺点和我的兴趣所在。也让我真正领悟到自己的人生命运掌握在自己的手中,每一次选拔赛都是一个锻炼、学习、提升的好机会,让我更加清醒的认识到我未来的任务和使命,令我在其中成长成熟。同时我还也学会了坚持和奋斗,理解了耕耘的充实和收获的快乐!借此机会我想表达我的谢意。
