Everyone has his or her own lifestyle, and health can benefit a lot from a good lifestyle. What does a good lifestyle mean? In my point of view, it embraces good eating habits, proper sports, a comfortable environment of studying and working and good moods.
Firstly, “An apple a day, keep the doctor away ” as the saying goes. In fact, not just an apple but all the fruits, vegetables and meat are what we need to balance the body. It is fundamental to keep the nutrition balanced and don’t be too picky for foods.
In addition, proper sports are indispensible for good health which can improve your body qualities such as your bones and muscles and make them stronger and younger. Take exercises regularly and relax yourself. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself.
What ’s more, a comfortable environment of studying and working bears a close resemblance to eating habits. A dirty and disordered surroundings must do harm to your health , We should also not be addicted to the Internet and place the radiation in quarantine as far as possible in order to create a nice atmosphere . It can also result in good moods.
Last but not the least, good moods is another essential factor for health. Take things into consideration in a positive and optimistic attitude, not a negative or even tragic one. Even if you don ’t like something or somebody, you should take it easy and accept it as far as you can. When you can’t change the environment to what you like, you must adjust yourself to it. Then you will feel better and with all these lifestyles above, there’s no doubt for you to keep healthy.
