It can not only reduce their stress but also bring them pleasure and fun.
If students keep doing physical exercise, they will feel a lot relaxed. Then they can study with full energy. Doing physical exercise can help them learn better.
Healthy Eating Habits

It is very important to have healthy eating habits because it can certainly improve the quality of life.
In the first place, we should have a fixed time to take regular meals. A healthy breakfast is especially necessary for students. Just as we first fill the tank with oil before we start the car, so we must treat our bodies the same way in order to avoid health problem. Besides, we should also eat more fruits and vegetables and less fat and sugar. This is because too much fat and sugar can lead to obesity.
If you have formed the healthy eating habits, you can certainly keep you at an ideal weight and reduce the risk of disease.
How to Relax Yourself

We are all busy with studies every day. When we face difficulties we must learn how to relax ourselves. I have used following ways to relax myself.
The first method is to listen to music. When I have stress, I often listen to music, especially light music. I find it quite helpful.
Another way is to do different kinds of exercise. Doing exercise can not only relax myself but also improve health conditions.
Besides, I have learned to smile more. We know laughter reduces stress. When I try to be a pleasant person, I find the people around me are more pleasant.
