I have to agree that money plays an important role in our society. We need money to buy food, clothes, houses and go to school. Without money, people cannot live because almost everything in this modern world is not free. But money cannot buy health and happiness, and money is always the root of evil. There are too many criminals because of money, for example, stealing, robbery and so on. So for me, I don‟t want too much money but proper money that allows me to live a free life.
My parents sometimes have different attitudes towards my values about money. They think that the allowance should be limited very strictly, for example, I ask for 100, they usually take 50 away. When I want to buy something they don‟t like, they just tell me it‟s a waste.
