据前瞻产业研究院发布的《2015-2020年中国停车场建设行业市场前瞻与投资战略规划分析报告》数据显示,2007-2014年中国汽车保有量呈逐年递增趋势,且增长速度保持在12%以上,每年汽车保有量平均增长1400万辆。2014年,年末全国民用汽车保有量达到15447万辆。
再来看看停车位的相关数据。上述报告的数据显示,以北京市为例,截至2014年底北京市机动车停车位约290万个,基本车位缺口达到350万个,出行车位缺口约30万个。
在规模巨大的车辆保有量的背景下,公共停车位不足让停车这件事难上加难。所以城市停车难问题已严重制约了城市的健康发展。因此,解决停车难问题刻不容缓。 智能停车管理是现在城市社会的主流趋势。而一套优秀的停车解决方案,会最大化的降低人力物力,解决停车难,找车难的问题。不得不承认停车场会缓解车友出行停车难的压力,但是仔细分析还是有很多缺点和不足的:目前城市里的停车场面积都相对比较大,这就使得车库犹如迷宫般复杂,车主进去找不到车位,出来找不到车停在哪里,即使引入智能停车场管理系统仍没有解决此问题;再就是一个城市的一个区(或者街道)里的停车场数量是很少的,进而可能车友停车地点距离自己目的地非常远,所以说停车场并不能解决车友的停车难问题。针对以上解决方案的不足,下面就介绍下我们研究的产品—
—阿狸停车管理系统。
对于我们的将要研发的产品,阿狸停车由软件和硬件共同组成。 其中软件就是手机APP应用,现在我们简单设计了软件的程序界面如图1-1阿狸停车(首页)所示:
图1-1阿狸停车(首页) 用户可以根据自己的需求来进行“我要停车”、“发布车位”、“缴费”等操作。 如果用户想要停车,只要点击“我要停车”,系统就会列出就近的停车位(事先车友出租的车位),同时车友也可以进行筛选查询,比如根据租用时间的段筛选。进一步进行网上在线租用操作,如果出租方同意,此时租用方就会收到一个授权码,并且根据定位到达指定车位,通过蓝牙和授权码来开启车位锁进行停车,并且此时系统进行停车计时。
在硬件方面,我们采用智能遥控车位锁来管理车位,其产品图片
如图1-2智能遥控车位锁所示。用手机APP来代替钥匙功能。并且此时车位锁的开启和关闭只受车位所有人的控制,如果有租用车位的车友则可以通过向出租者获取授权码通过蓝牙来实现开启车位锁的过程。
总的来说阿狸停车就是运用硬件和软件的结合来整合零散车位,提高停车位使用率,从而实现业主、车主、物业、交通部门四方受益。
