生物絮团技术在鲫鱼高密度零换水养殖系统中的应用

摘要:通过添加碳源(葡萄糖)进行生物絮团的培养,研究了生物絮团技术在鲫鱼高密度零换水养殖系统中对生长和成活及水质的影响。试验设生物絮团组和对照组,每组3个平行,在6个长方形玻璃缸中进行。每缸放80尾鲫鱼(初重5.01 ± 0.003g),每天按照体重的3%投喂饲料。生物絮团组每天添加葡萄糖使C:N比为20:1,实验周期为60天。结果显示:生物絮团组的鲫鱼增重率

Abstract: A 60-day experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of the bioflocs technology(BFT)on growth, survival and water quality of the Crucian Carp (Carassius auratus)in high density and zero water exchange farming systems. The bioflocs treatment and control were managed in six rectangle aquarium. The bioflocs were developed in the BFT treatment using glucose as a carbon source and maintain a C:N ratio of 20:1. Eighty juvenile Crucian Carp with an average body weight of 5.01±0.003g were stocked per tank and BFT treatment and the control was tested in three replicates.
