Imagination and fantasy(幻想) can play an important role in achieving the things we fear. Children kno this very well. Fred Epstein, in his book I four-year-old boy with a cancer in his back bone. He came through several operations and a lot of pain by astering his imagination.

Lisa was running late. Lisa, 25, had a lot to do at work, plus visitors on
