An Economic Analysis of the Survival of the Cafeterias
Abstract :It seems that consumers can get much material benefits from the cafeterias. Then why they can manage themselves so well? It mainly because of the unique management pattern and the way of consume. This has saved a big amount of expenditure for cafeterias. And the lower cost brings them the absolute advantage. Meanwhile ,they take several kinds of actions to reduce the inevitable waste and maximize their own benefit. As all of this, cafeterias can survive lively in the food and beverage industry.
