浅谈房地产的开发与经营
摘 要
改革开放以来的近三十年,我国房地产业在开发与经营上取得了飞速的发展,尤其是进入21世纪之后,在国内外多种因素的综合作用下,房地产企业数量逐年递增,开发与经营的规模也达到前所未有的水平,房地产业成为中国经济中的一大亮点。但是随着我国房地产开发与经营的飞速发展,矛盾和问题也开始显现,针对房地产开发经营中的诸多问题,许多专家学者都提出了自己的见解。本文在总结已有研究的基础上明确了房地产经营与开发的一般性问题,通过对我国房地产开发与经营的环境和模式进行深入剖析,找出了我国房地产业开发与经营的主要问题,从而提出合理而有针对性的策略,以期为我国的房地产开发与经营提供帮助。

Abstract
Nearly three decades since the reform and opening up, China's real estate development and management has made rapid development, especially after entering the 21st century, under the combined effects of a variety of factors at home and abroad, the number of real estate enterprises increased year after year, development with the scale of operation has reached unprecedented levels, real estate has become one of the highlights of the Chinese economy. But with the rapid development of China's real estate development and management of contradictions and problems begin to be felt for many problems in the real estate development and management, many experts and scholars have put forward their own opinions. Clear summary of existing research on the basis of the general issues of real estate management and development, to identify the main problems of our real estate development and management through in-depth analysis of China's real estate development and operating environment and mode thus reasonable and targeted strategy to help real estate development and management of China.
