With reference to the discussion we had with you regarding your employment with ZTE Corporation, we are pleased to offer you employment in the capacity of aon the following terms and conditions.
1. will be fully responsible in carrying out your work at ZTE Corporation – Sri Lanka Office. You will be reporting If a necessity arises your services can be transferred from one job to another or from one branch to another, throughout the Sri Lankan Territory or abroad whether existing at present or to be setup in future.
(DD/MM/YY))Your present posting would be in Colombo. However in the business interest, your services may be transferred to any place in the ZTE group.

You will be paid an all inclusive Monthly Salary of US$ /- with a Transport allowance of US$ - and a Mobile phone allowance of US$ - per month.
4.
Your normal hours of work will be from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on week days. The management reserves the right to alter these hours of work at their discretion. The abovementioned salary will include extra hours of work you may be called upon to perform by virtue of your office.
5.
Your employment is subject to probationary period of months initially, if in our opinion your progress is not satisfactory during this period your probation may be extended for a further period of 03 months at the discretion of the management. During the probationary period and/or the extended probationary period the employer reserves the right to terminate your employment without giving any notice or assigning any reasons.
On successful completion of your probationary period, if your work and conduct are found to be satisfactory the company will confirm your employment in writing for the remainder of the agreed period.
6.
The Employer will pay on your behalf a sum equivalent to twelve percent (12%) of your gross salary per month and you will be required to contribute eight percent (8%) of your gross salary per month towards the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), further a sum equivalent to three percent (3%) of your gross salary will be contributed by the Employer towards the Employee Trust Fund (ETF).
7. You will be entitled to weekly and statutory holidays. On confirmation of employment you will be entitled to Casual and Annual Leave in accordance with the provisions of the Shop and Office Employees Act.
You will be entitled to half a day’s leave per month during your probationary period.
I ANNUAL LEAVE
Annual Leave will be granted at the rate of 14 working days a year. Leave should be taken in accordance with the company regulations.
II CASUAL LEAVE
You will be entitled to 7 days casual leave per year. Leave should be taken in accordance with the company regulations.
