打架斗殴.流氓滋扰的防范及处理处置程序

● Prevention 防范
1. Observing youth groups who come to hotel (clothing dress, conversation, the availability of alcohol), and paying attention to suspicious signs and symptoms of trouble.
注意观察成群结伙来店的青年(衣着打扮、言谈举止、有无酗酒),同时,注意发现可疑迹象和闹事苗头。
2. Security guard inspect safety during inspection process, observing the sites or excessive drinkers, discouraging and informed AM & responsible person of business sites if discovered, they will advise guests timely.
安全部巡视人员在巡视过程中,注意观察营业场所有无饮酒过量的人,发现后要及时劝阻,并通知大堂副理和营业场所负责人将客人劝离。
3. Business sites attendants should strictly control the guests wine, if found excessive drinking with guests should be promptly reported to Security and stop the sale of alcohol to him.
营业场所服务员应严格控制客人的酒量,发现饮酒过量的客人要及时报告安全部,同时停止向他出售烈酒。
4. Heard or seen fighting, hooligans, trouble and suspicious object of investigation with public security organs, reporting Security Department timely.
听到或看到有打架、流氓滋事以及公安机关查控通报通缉的可疑对象,及时报告安全部。
● Handling procedure of fighting, hooligans nuisance incident 发生打架斗殴、流氓滋扰事件的处理程序
INTERNA L POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
1. Report : Once fighting, hooligans nuisance incidents, the presence of staff must report to the Security Department; Info mating the location, number, nationality, whether carrying lethal weapons, and report own names.
报警:一旦发现打架斗殴、流氓滋扰事件,在场服务员要及时报安全部;报案人要讲明发案地点、人数、 国籍、闹事人员是否携带凶器,并报告自己的姓名。
2. After receiving the report with captain, noticed immediately AM and rushed to the scene together, the two sides will engage or persuade the perpetrators to engage the parties making peace; If necessary, to bring the perpetrators to the Security Department office for processing, and inform the matter after the security manager, duty manager.
保安领班接到报告后,立即通知大堂副理一起赶到出事现场,将斗殴双方或肇事者劝开,对斗殴双方进行劝解或调解;必要时应将肇事者带到安全部办公室等候处理,并将事情经过通知保安经理、值班经理。
3. Captain should take account of legacy in the on-site inspection; and request the department staff checked into the hotel facilities whether damaged and the damage measure, in order to the perpetrators claim with the perpetrators.
保安领班在现场检查时应注意是否有遗留物;并请出事部门员工清查酒店设施是否遭受损坏及损坏程度、数量,以便向肇事者索赔。
4. If the situation is very serious & having injury accident, contacting with the public security organs after agreement of SEC Manager and MOD.
如事态严重,有伤害事故发生,保安领班应征得保安经理、值班经理同意后,与公安机关取得联系。
5. Taking the fighting person to the Security department, staff must be vigilant to prevent their escape.
在将斗殴人员带往安全部途中,要提高警惕,以防其逃跑。

6. Security managers, duty managers : After receiving the report, reached immediately the scene to issue commands and control developments; responsible for identifying the identity, nationality, place of residence, and the necessary processing
保安经理、值班经理:接到报告后,立即到达出事现场,发出控制事态发展的指令;负责弄清双方当事人的身份、国籍、居住地点,并进行必要的处理。
7. Without the approval of hotel top leaders, declined all media interviews.
未经酒店高层领导批准,谢绝一切新闻媒体采访。
